Labor Day Luau
Join us as we honor Labor Day with a heartfelt community celebration filled with delicious food, fun activities, and quality time together.
What to Expect:
BBQ Sandwiches : The HOA will be serving mouthwatering BBQ for everyone.
Potluck Sides & Desserts: Each family is invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Please let us know what you’re bringing in advance to help us plan!
Outdoor Games: Bring your favorite outdoor games like cornhole, frisbee, or anything fun to share with the crowd.

Back to School Book Swap
Get ready for the school year with a fun and free way to refresh your child’s library! Our Back-to-School Book Swap is the perfect opportunity to exchange books your child has outgrown for ones that match their current age and interests.
How It Works:
Drop off gently-used books your child no longer reads up to a week before the event at either:

401 Glendon Street
903 Novelty
Books should be age-appropriate for kids from toddlers to teens.
The Day of the Event:
Join The O’Neal Village Book Club at the OV Clubhouse on September 21 to browse a variety of books donated by neighbors and choose new ones to take home!

OV Pool
Dog Day at the Pool
Join us for the ultimate Dog Day at the Pool as we celebrate the end of pool season with our four-legged friends! It’s a special event just for dogs to enjoy a splashing good time in the pool!
What to Expect:
A dog-friendly pool session where your pups can dive, splash, and swim to their hearts’ content.
A chance to connect with other dog-loving neighbors in the community.
Note: NO other swimming will be allowed during this event.
